为了给柴油/甲醇双燃料(DMDF)汽车的推广应用提供新的经验,同时减少柴油的消耗量,在高压共轨柴油机上增加了一套甲醇喷射系统,通过进气预混甲醇的方法实现双燃料模式运行,将其安装在1辆装有额定负载的重型牵引车辆上,研究双燃料汽车的道路运行特性。对比了车辆在纯柴油模式和双燃料模式下的燃油经济性、加速性能和烟度排放。结果表明:与原型车辆在纯柴油模式下的运行相比,DMDF车辆的加速性能略优,从40km·h^-1到70km·h^-1的加速时间减少了1.25s;甲醇对柴油的平均替代率为33.28%,替换等热值柴油所需的甲醇体积比值约为1.44,DMDF车辆的燃料热效率提高了11.89%;自由加速烟度减少了46.3%,加速过程中无可见黑烟。
To provide some new experience for application and popularization of diesel/methanol dual fuel(DMDF)vehicles,and reduce the consumption of diesel,a common-rail diesel engine with a methanol injection system,which could operate on DMDF mode with intake pre-mixed methanol method,was mounted on a heavy-duty truck with full load to analyze field running characteristic.The running characteristics such us fuel economy,acceleration and smoke emission of the vehicle under pure diesel mode and DMDF mode were compared.The results show that compared with pure diesel engine,the acceleration of DMDF vehicle is better.When the vehicle speed is accelerated from 40km·h^-1 to 70km·h^-1,the time decreases by 1.25 scompared with the diesel vehicle.The average ratio of methanol substitution for diesel is 33.28%,and volumetric ratio of methanol to substitute for the equivalent calorific value of diesel is about 1.44.With DMDF mode,the fuel efficiency increases by 11.89%for the vehicle.The smoke emission decreases by 46.3% at free acceleration,and there is no visible dark smoke during acceleration.
