在一台四缸增压中冷柴油机上,进行了柴油/甲醇双燃料燃烧各缸差异性和峰值压力循环变动的研究.结果表明,甲醇替代率的升高使发动机不均匀度增加.小负荷时,各缸峰值压力循环变动趋势不一致;大负荷时,各缸峰值压力循环变动升高.以甲醇替代率控制在40%,以内为宜;进气温度的升高造成发动机峰值压力增大,同时各缸甲醇的分配差异增加,发动机各缸燃烧不均匀度增大,考虑各项因素的影响,进气温度控制在35~80,℃为宜;增大转速有助于减小发动机不均匀度,且各缸峰值压力循环变动基本保持不变,可以在高转速下适当提高甲醇的替代率,以获得更高的经济效益.
Experiments were conducted in a4-cylinder,turbocharged DI diesel engine fueled with diesel/methanol dual fuel(DMDF),the unevenness degree among cylinders and the COV of peak pressure within cylinderswere investigated.The results show that the unevenness degree of engine increases with the increase ofmethanol substitution percentage.The COV of each cylinder is inconsistent under25%,engine load,while it increasesunder75%,and100%,engine load,which suggests that it is helpful to keep methanol substitution percentageless than40%,.The peak pressure in cylinders and the unevenness degree of engine increase gradually with theincrease of intake air temperature,which suggests that it is helpful to decrease the unevenness degree of enginewhen the intake air temperature is within the range of35-80,℃.In addition,with the increase of engine speed,the difference of pressure between cylinders decreases,while the COV remains almost the same,so it is suggestedto increase MSP at high engine speed so as to gain better engine economy.
