以缸内直喷汽油机高速电磁阀喷油器为研究对象,利用高速显微摄像判定喷油器喷雾开始和结束延迟,同时利用数据采集装置DAQ同步采集喷油器脉宽信号、线圈中的电流和喷油器入口压力变化。试验发现:喷油器高速电磁阀的开启、关闭延迟和喷油器线圈电流有很好的对应关系,当喷油器开始喷油时,线圈电流变化率达到最大值;喷油器喷油结束时,线圈电流曲线对应出现电流凸起。在无需对喷油器进行任何改造的基础上,提出了一种实时检测电磁阀动态响应时间的方法,并进一步研究了电磁阀开启高电压、喷油压力对电磁阀响应延迟的影响。研究结果表明:开启高电压对电磁阀响应时间影响较大,最大差值为0.16ms,喷油压力变化影响很小,仅为0.025ms。
An experiment study on the dynamic response of a high speed solenoid injector for GDI engine was carried out using a high-speed microphotography and synchronous current-pressure collection system. The results show that there is a high correlation between the delay time and the solenoid current. When the fuel injection starts the current rate of change reaches the maximum value, but at the end of injection a small bump appears on the current curve. Without modifying any injectors, a measurement method for real-time detection of dynamic response time of the solenoid valve was developed. Meanwhile,the influence of the solenoid valve opening high voltage and injection pressure on the dynamic response characteristies of GDI injector were also investigated,among them high voltage amplitude was the main influencing factor,allowing to have max delay difference of 0. 16 ms, while the injection pressure only 0. 025 ms.
