将现有两种中压变频器的特点相结合,提出了新型的基于二极管钳位三点式五电平功率单元级联的变频电路拓扑。研究了该电路拓扑的特点,推导了功率单元整体数学模型及空间状态方程。分析了基于五电平功率单元级联的该类中压变频器的工作方式,研究了功率单元中各输入、输出变量及状态变量之间的关系。详细阐述了各功率器件的开关状态,给出了优化的开关编码表。提出了载波移相层叠混合调制算法。最后完成了6kV样机的试验。试验结果表明,该变频器要求的功率单元数量少,直接输出的电压电平高,电压上升率低,对负载电机更为有利。
By combining the characteristics of two current medium-voltage converters, a new circuit topology of converter based on diode-clamp three-point with cascaded five-level power units was proposed. The characteristics of this cir- cuit topology were studied, and the mathematical model and the space state equation of this five-level power unit were derived. The working mode of this medium-voltage converter based on cascaded five-level power units was analyzed, and the relationship of input, output variables to state variables was researched. Switch states of each power device were expounded in detail, and the optimized coding table of switch states was given. The hybrid modulation algorithm with laminated carrier phase-shifting(CPS) was proposed. At last, the experiment on the 6kV prototype was accomplished. The results of the experiment showed this kind of converter more favorable to motors because it required less number of power units, with the higher direct output voltage level and the lower voltage rising rate.
