原发性肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是中国最常见的致死性疾病。18氟-脱氧葡萄糖(18F-fluorodexoxyglucose,18F-FDG)PET显像对HCC的诊断准确率欠佳,但它对HCC的预后评估及疗效监测有很大作用。同时,对于HCC原发灶和转移灶的检测,18F-FDG和11碳-乙酸(11C-acetate,11C-ACT)两种示踪剂联用比单示踪剂PET显像更具有优势。
Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is one of the most common causes of death in China.According to the recent research,the diagnostic accuracy of 18F-fluorodexoxyglucose(18^F-FDG) positron emission tomography(PET) remains questionable for primary HCC but seems to be more promising for predicting prognosis and monitoring therapeutic effect.At the same time,combine both 18^F-FDG and 11C-acetate(11C-ACT) PET would have an incremental value and complementary advantage when compared with single-tracer imaging in the detecting HCC and metastasis.
