采用溶胶-凝胶法和二次还原工艺制备了Al2O3/Mo超细粉末,利用XRD、SEM、TEM对还原后粉末的相结构、形貌、粒度进行了分析,并讨论了成胶过程中相关因素的影响。结果表明,在溶液pH〈2,柠檬酸与钼酸铵质量比为1.5时,所得粉末质量较好。
Al2O3/Mo superfine powder was prepared by sol-gel and secondary deoxidization,its phase composition,morphology and size were analyzed by XRD,SEM and TEM,and the effects of related factors on gelling process were discussed.The results show that the powder of the optimal quality is obtained under the conditions of pH2 and the mass ratio of citric acid to ammonium molybdate equal to 1.5.
