利用Gleeble-1500热模拟机对TZM粉末冶金板坯进行轧制热模拟研究。在温度为1150~1300℃,变形量为50%,变形速率分别为1,3,5 s-1的试验方案下,采用10 mm×15 mm×20 mm矩形试样,研究了TZM合金板坯的轧制变形抗力与变形温度、变形程度和变形速率之间的关系。结果表明:TZM合金轧制变形抗力随变形温度升高而降低;随着应变速率、变形程度的增大而增大。变形前后的组织分析表明:随着变形量的增加,金相组织微观空洞消失,致密度增大;随变形速率的增大,组织被拉长,晶粒大小趋于均匀化。
Thermal simulation on rolling of TZM alloy slab produced by PM was researched using Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator.The testing programs were performed using rectangular sample with the size of 10 mm×15 mm×20 mm at 1150-1300 ℃,the deformation degree of 50% and the deformation rate at 1,3,5 s-1 respectively.The relationship between rolling parameter(deformation temperature,deformation degree and deformation rate) and deformation resistance of TZM alloy slab were researched.The results indicate that rolling deformation resistance is decreased with the increasing of the temperature,and increased with the increasing of the rate of deformation and deformation degree.Meanwhile,microstructure before and after deformed was analyzed combining with rolling parameters.The analysis shows that the cavities located in metallographic structure are disappeared and the density is increased with the increasing of deformation degree.The texture is elongated and the grain size is evened out with the increasing of the rate of deformation.
