以硝酸镧和四钼酸铵为原料,分别采用液-液掺杂技术中的溶胶-凝胶法和蒸发结晶法获得掺杂前躯体,然后通过还原和粉末冶金等工序,最终制备出稀土掺杂钼坯。采用SEM、XRD及TEM等检测手段,对不同工艺条件下制备的掺杂Mo粉及掺杂钼坯进行形貌和物相分析。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制备的粉体颗粒比蒸发结晶法制备的粉体颗粒小,掺杂坯中稀土相的分布也更均匀且细小;总体比较,溶胶-凝胶法制备出的钼合金相对较好。
Taking La(NO3)3.nH2O and(NH4)2Mo4O13.2H2O as raw materials,using two methods: sol-gel technology and evaporation crystallization,molybdenum billet doped by rare earth was prepared through the reduction and powder metallurgy processes.Using SEM,XRD,TEM and other detection methods,the morphology and phase of doped Mo powder and billet prepared by different process were analyzed.The results show that the particles of doped Mo powder prepared by sol-gel is smaller than that of doped Mo powder prepared by evaporative crystallization,and the distribution of doped phase in doped molybdenum billet by sol-gel technology is more uniform.Generally the molybdenum alloy prepared by sol-gel method is relatively good.
