为了制取掺杂均匀的高性能稀土氧化物钼合金,采用液-液掺杂新工艺将稀土硝酸盐溶液加入到多钼酸铵溶液中,并向溶液中加入柠檬酸作为络合剂,加入硝酸调节溶液的pH值,当柠檬酸根离子将稀土离子和带正电的钼酸根离子完全络合后,即可采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备出干凝胶。当初始溶液的pH=1~1.5且柠檬酸的添加量为仲钼酸铵质量的1.19倍时可以制备出成胶效果最好的干凝胶。继而将干凝胶在560℃下直接烧结,制得的均匀掺杂稀土氧化物的MoO3混合粉体,可直接用于高性能稀土氧化物钼合金的制备。
The liquid-liquid doping technique was carried out by inputting a certain amount of rare earth nitrate solution into multi-ammonium molybdate solution for making high-property Mo alloy of homogeneously doped rare earth oxides,inputting citric acid into solution as complexing agent,and adding nitric acid to adjust pH values of solution.The xerogel was prepared by sol-gel process by citric acid radical ion completely complexing rare earth ions and positively charged molybdate acid radical ion.The xerogel of the best gelling effect was prepared when the pH=1-1.5 initial solution and the molar ratio=1.19 in citric acid/APM.The xerogel was decomposed at 560 ℃ directly by sintering.And the MoO3 powders doped by rare earth elements homogeneously were prepared,and the powders could be directly employed to prepare high-property Mo alloy doped by rare earth oxides.
