DCX-1是东北大学新合成的一种新型萤石捕收剂。为了验证其分离萤石与方解石、石英的效果,进行了DCX-1用量、矿浆温度、矿浆pH和抑制剂水玻璃用量等对萤石、方解石和石英纯矿物浮选效果的影响试验,并通过红外光谱测试分析了DCX-1的浮选作用机理。结果表明:(1)在矿浆pH=6.2,DCX-1用量为40 mg/L,浮选温度为20℃,水玻璃用量为40 mg/L情况下,萤石、方解石和石英的浮选回收率分别为98.37%、13.90%、2.98%。(2)红外光谱分析表明,与萤石作用后,DCX-1的部分特征官能团在萤石的红外光谱中发生了漂移与减弱,说明DCX-1与萤石表面的Ca~(2+)发生了化学键合作用;DCX-1同样可与方解石表面的Ca~(2+)发生化学键合作用;石英与DCX-1不发生化学吸附作用。
DCX-1 is a new type of collector which is developed by Northeastern University. In order to verify the effect on separation of fluorite,calcite and quartz,the effects of DCX-1 dosage,pulp temperature,pulp pH and the amount of sodium silicate inhibitor on flotation performance of fluorite,calcite and pure quartz minerals were carried out. The mechanism of flotation of DCX-1 was analyzed by the infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that:(1)flotation recovery of fluorite,calcite and quartz are 98. 37%,13. 90 and 2. 98% in the condition of slurry pH = 6. 2,DCX-1 dosage of 40 mg/L,flotation temperature at 20℃,sodium silicate dosage of 40 mg/L respectively.(2)The infrared spectroscopy showed that after action with fluorite,Some of the functional groups of DCX-1 have shifted and weakened in the infrared spectrum of fluorite,indicating that DCX-1 had chemical bonding with Ca~(2+)on the surface of fluorite. Also,DCX-1 can chemically bind with Ca~(2+)on the surface of calcite;Quartz cannot occur chemical adsorption with DCX-1.
