铁矿选矿厂使用脂肪酸类阴离子捕收剂反浮选铁矿物,存在捕收剂用量大、所需浮选温度高、浮选指标差等问题。东北大学研发了一种新型酰胺基羧酸捕收剂DWD-3,并应用于司家营混磁精反浮选脱硅。实验室试验结果表明,在浮选温度为25℃,粗选矿浆pH=11.5、DWD-3用量为400 g/t、CaCl2用量为400 g/t、玉米淀粉用量为1 000 g/t时,经1粗1精3扫闭路反浮选,能获得精矿铁品位66.48%、回收率80.32%,尾矿铁品位16.35%的指标。以捕收剂DWD-3代替现场捕收剂GK-68可使浮选温度由40℃降至25℃,并且精矿铁品位提高了0.39个百分点、回收率提高了2.23个百分点,尾矿铁品位降低了1.57个百分点。对浮选产品分析表明,精矿中存在20μm以下的紧密连生体;尾矿中有大量较大颗粒连生体,且连生体中铁矿物与脉石部分相互浸染连生,是尾矿铁品位较高的原因。
Factories using fatty acid anionic collector to reverse floating iron ore have problems of large amounts dosage of collectors,higher flotation temperature and bad flotation index. To solve those problems,a new type amide-carboxylic acid collector DWD-3 was developed,which applied to reverse flotation on magnetic mixed concentrate of Sijiaying. Laboratory test results show that,when the flotation temperature is 25 ℃,with rough flotation p H is 11. 5,DWD-3 dosage is 400 g / t,CaCl2 dosage is 400 g / t,and corn starch dosage is 1 000 g / t by one roughing,one cleaning and three scavenging closed-circuit flotation,concentrate with iron grade of 66. 48%,iron recovery of 80. 32% and tailings grade 16. 35% is obtained. When using collector DWD-3 instead of collector GK-68 by on-site process in Sijiaying,flotation temperature may lowered from 40 ℃ to 25 ℃,iron grade and recovery of flotation concentrate increased by 0. 39 and 2. 23 percentage points,tailings grade decreased by 1. 57 percentage points. Analysis of flotation products shows that,flotation concentrate have large mounts of tightly connected minerals below 20 μm,a large number big size tightly connected minerals exist in flotation tailings,its iron minerals and gangues even mutual interdependent,which maybe the reason for higher iron grade in tailings.
