为实现磁选铁精矿的高效、低耗反浮选富集,东北大学研制出了价格低廉、性能稳定的类淀粉结构的新型铁矿物抑制剂DHY。为论证该药剂优化鞍千矿业公司混合磁选精矿反浮选工艺的可选性,以现场药剂制度为基础进行了反浮选试验。结果表明,铁品位为47.64%、粒度较细、铁矿物在微细粒级明显富集、脉石矿物以石英为主的鞍千矿业公司混合磁选铁精矿,以DHY为铁矿物抑制剂,采用1粗1精2扫闭路反浮选流程处理,可获得铁品位为68.21%、回收率为88.01%的铁精矿,尾矿铁品位降至14.82%,与现场相比,不仅显著改善了精矿指标,而且可降低药剂用量、简化工艺流程。
Northeastern University has developed a new iron ore depressant DHY which has low price and stable property aiming to achieve reverse flotation enrichment of magnetic concentrate with high efficiency and low consumption. DHY has sim- ilar structure with starch. In order to demonstrate the feasibility for optimizing reverse flotation technology for mixed magnetic concentrate from Anqian Mining Company, reverse flotation experiments have been carried out on the basis of on-site regime of agent. The results indicated that Anqian Mining Company mixed magnetic concentrate with TFe grade of 47.64% , fine dissemi- nation ,obviously enrichment of iron mineral at fine size, main gangue mineral quartz, iron concentrate with grade of 68.21% and recovery of 88.01% , tailings of iron grade reducing to 14.82% was obtained by the closed-circuit reverse flotation experi- ment process of one roughing, one cleaning and two scavenging using DHY as iron depressant. Compared with the on-site process,it can not only reduce dosage of agents obviously but also simplify technological process by replacing industrial corn starch with DHY.
