The influences of 4 kinds of serum samples process methods to the 2-dimensional electrophoresis,which they are the conventional method.The dialysis,the TCA-Acetone and A/G affinity column were comparted.The results that A/G affinity column are a good serum sample process method for 2D electrophoresis was identified.
