为探索粗磨水泥用于碾压混凝土的可行性,研究了普通硅酸盐水泥与用水泥熟料磨制的2个细度的粗磨水泥对碾压混凝土工作性、抗压强度、轴拉性能、耐久性及绝热温升的影响。结果表明,粗磨水泥减小了混凝土的VC值,提高了混凝土的施工性能;粗磨水泥配制的碾压混凝土满足设计要求,且强度有较大的富余;与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,粗磨水泥降低混凝土绝热温升8.3-12.3℃。

英文摘要:

In order to investigate the feasibility of application of coarse ground cement in roller compacted concrete (RCC), the influences of the ordinary Portland cement and 2 kinds of coarse ground cement ground by cement clinker on the workability, compressive strength, tensile properties, durability and adiabatic temperature rise of RCC were studied. The results show that the coarse ground cement reduces the VC value of the concrete and improves its construction performance. The RCC prepared by the coarse ground cement satisfies the design requirements and its mechanical properties have considerable surplus. The 2 kinds of coarse ground cement in this study reduces the adiabatic temperature rise of 8.3 - 12.3℃ compared with the ordinary Portland cement.
