目前存在众多混凝土抗裂评价指标,由于各指标差异较大,在工程应用中存在如何选取合适评价指标的难题。为了说明建立综合性评价指标的意义及实现途径,在26组混凝土的力学、变形及热学性能参数的基础上,利用4种目前常用的混凝士开裂评价指标,评价了这些混凝土的开裂性能。分析结果表明,不同评价指标的评价结果之间存在显著差异,指出了这种差异存在的原因在于不同指标的物理意义不同,并提出基于单轴约束试验利用开裂风险系数来综合评价混凝土抗裂性能的新思路。温度-应力试验机和开裂架是实现这种思路的最佳设备。
Although there are many evaluating indicator for crack resistance of dam concrete, it is difficult to select a proper one in practice.In order to discuss the necessary and method of establishing a complex evaluating indicator,the mechanical,deformation and thermal properties of 26 series concretes are collected.4 normally used evaluating indicators of concrete crack are used to evaluate the concrete crack resistance.The resuits show that the concrete crack resistance change with different employed indicators.It is point out that the difference of evalution results by different indicators is due to the different physical definitions of them.Based on uniaxial restrain test method and crack risk coefficient, a new system for evaluating the crack resistance of dam concrete is proposed,Temperature stress testing machine and cracking frame are the optimal equipments to carry out this idea.
