针对大理岩人工砂,考察其不同细度模数和石粉含量对大坝混凝土力学和抗裂性能的影响,并对石粉的颗粒级配对砂浆的性能影响进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明:大理岩人工砂混凝土抗压强度整体上随人工砂细度模数的增大和石粉含量的减少而增大;极限拉伸值有随细度模数的增大和石粉含量的减小而减小的趋势;人工砂的石粉颗粒级配中,粗颗粒的含量较多时砂浆的流动性和强度均较高;随着人工砂细度模数增加和石粉含量降低,混凝土湿筛砂浆开裂风险降低。通过混凝土配合比的优化,可以减小细度模数及石粉含量对混凝土性能的影响。
The effect of fineness modulus and stone powder content of artificial marble sand on the mechanics and crack resistant performances of dam concrete have been studied,and the effect of graduation of stone powder on the performances of mortar have been carried on preliminary study.The test results show that the compression strength of concrete made with artificial marble sand overall increased,and the ultimate elongation trended to decrease along with the increase of graduation of stone powder and the reduce of stone powder content.The flowability and compression strength of mortar are comparatively high when the coarse particle content of stone powder is more.The risk of cracking of wet sieving mortar of dam concrete is reduced along with increase of graduation of stone powder and decrease of stone powder content.The effects of fineness modulus and stone powder content of artificial marble sand on the performances of dam concrete can be decreased by optimization of concrete mix.
