绿色建筑项目较一般建筑项目面临着更加复杂的风险系统,各风险之间具有复杂的关联关系,风险关联关系决定着整个项目的风险程度。从社会网络分析(social network analysis)的视角来研究绿色建筑项目的风险关联关系,构建了绿色建筑项目风险关联关系网络,利用社会网络分析工具Pajek软件进行风险关联关系网络的参数计算,使用k核与社会网络参数相结合的研究方法,对绿色建筑项目的风险关联关系进行综合分析与评估。得到了绿色建筑项目风险网络的11核凝聚子网络,较原风险网络的顶点数量降低53%,密度提升49.7%。根据11核子网络进一步识别出绿色建筑项目中的可控关键风险和首要控制风险,并提出了风险治理策略。
Green building projects are faced with more complex risk system than general construction projects. They have complex relationships between risks, the risk correlation decides the degree of risk of the whole project. From the Social Network Analysis perspective, this article researches the risk correlation of green building projects, builds a risk correlation network of the green building project,uses Pajek software which is a social network analysis tool to calculate parameters of the risk correlation network, uses the method of k-cores combined with social network parameters to comprehensive analyze and evaluate the risk correlation of green building projects. The study has got a 11-cores condensation risk network of the green building project. Based on the 11-cores risk network, the number of nodes of the risk network has a 53% reduction and the density of the risk network has a 49.7% growth. According to the ll-cores network, to further identify the key and primary risk which can be controlled of green building project, risk management strategies are put forward.
