基于城镇化的区域差异性,选用中国30个省份的面板数据分析了城镇化和市场化对CO2排放的影响。结果发现,从整体样本来看,城镇化对CO2排放具有正向作用,但城镇化与CO2排放之间不存在倒U型关系;不同区域的城镇化对CO2排放具有不同的影响,东部地区和中部地区的城镇化对CO2排放并没有显著的影响,西部地区的城镇化对CO2排放有显著影响;市场化对CO2排放的影响呈现负向作用,市场化程度的提高会拉低城镇化导致的CO2排放水平。同时,研究还发现市场化程度不同的地区,城镇化过程对CO2排放的影响不同,市场化程度高的地区城镇化与CO2排放之间不存在明显的关系;中等程度市场化地区的城镇化对CO2排放存在正向作用;市场化程度较低地区的城镇化对CO2排放存在负向作用。研究还发现,只有在市场化程度较高的地区,市场化才对CO2排放发挥明显的负向作用。而市场化相对较低的地区,市场化对CO2排放的影响不明显。
Based on the regional difference of urbanization, the study analyzed the impact of urbanization an market on the emissions of CO2 use the panel data of thirty provinces. The results found that, from the overall sample, urbanization has a positive effect on CO2 emissions, but there was none existence of U shape relationship urbanization and carbon emissions. And we also found that different areas effect CO2 emissions respectively. Eastern and central regions of the urbanization and has no significant effect on CO2 emissions, the western region urbanization has a significant impact on emissions of CO2. The market have a negative effect on CO2 emissions. At the same time, the study also found that different degree of market effects on the CO2 emissions respectively: in high degree market area, urbanization have none significant effect on CO2 emission; in medium market area, urbanization have positive effect while negative in low degree market area. In addition, we found that only in the higher degree of market area, the market will play a negative role on CO2 emissions, while the impact is not obvious in lower degree of market area.
