In this paper, the traffic deadh toll prediction model was established based on cubic spline func-tion, and the curve of population was obtained by MATLAB. Meanwhile, the model was analyzed and predicted based on cubic non - polynomial spline. The prediction results can be obtained by means of selec, ting different parameters and controlling the model.
