提出了恶劣矿山环境下煤矿动态轻轨衡的计重方法,并在嵌入式系统中得以实现。在即“准”又“快”的设计要求下,该方法通过计重传感器的交错式安装实现矿车方向判别,采集并提取出有效计重信号后,利用经验模态分解方法计算重量。
Some methods of weighing for mine dynamic weighing bridge in harsh environments is presented and achieved in embedded system. In order to meet requirements of both accurate and fast, motion direction judge of tramcar is achieved by staggered installation of weight sensors. The useful weight signal is collected and extracted before it is computed with Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) method.
