以菊属植物为母本,通过荧光镜检观察亚菊属、菊蒿属、木茼蒿属、匹菊属、茼蒿属、太行菊属、芙蓉菊属、紊蒿属、滨菊属等近缘属植物花粉在其柱头上的附着与萌发情况,探讨属间杂交亲和性。结果表明,亚菊属、菊蒿属、太行菊属、木茼蒿属、茼蒿属和匹菊属植物花粉可在菊属植物柱头上附着与萌发,属间有一定杂交亲和性,通过常规杂交或结合幼胚拯救方法可能获得远缘杂种;芙蓉菊属、紊蒿属、滨菊属植物与菊属植物杂交不亲和,相互间亲缘关系可能相对较远。
The adhesion or germination of the pollen from different materials of some genus of tribe Anthemideae, such as Ajania, Tanacetum , Argyranthemum , Pyrethrum, Chrysanthemum, Crossostephium , Opisthopappus , Elachanthemum and Leucanthemum , on the stigmas of the maternal Dendrantherna was investigated by the fluoroscope to study intergeneric cross-compatibility between Dendrunthema and these genus. The pollen of Ajania, Tanacetum, Argyranthemum, Pyrethrum, Chrysanthemum and Opisthopappus could adhere and germinate on the stigmas of maternal Dendrunthema, and it implied the crosses between Dendrantherna and these six genus were compatible. It could be inferred those intergeneric hybridization could be achieved by the common hybridizing methods or hybridizing linked to immature embryo culture. However, the crosses between Dendrantherna and Crossostephium, Elachanthemum or Leucanthemum were incompatible due to no pollen adhesion or germination on the maternal stigmas. It also implied the phylogenic relationships between Dendranthema and the three genus were relatively far.
