As for English speciality teaching standard construction is an inspection process,this paper explores the teaching contents of Fishery Trade English Speciality by ＂PDCA Process Model＂.Based on the process method in the field of English teaching in quality management,it tries to improve the practicality and application in each process and to advance the suggestions and advice in English speciality.Combining the quality management theory and English teaching practical experience,it also tries to make ＂PDCA Process Model＂ as theoretical basis and effective carrier.To adopt ＂PDCA Process Model＂ to review the process can obtain the purpose of evaluation to the process.
