实验通过诱导愈伤组织和促进腋芽分枝能力两种途径对中华芦荟进行快繁。结果表明:在MS培养基中加入600mg,/L的抗坏血酸可有效预防外植体的褐化。愈伤组织诱导途径中由叶诱导愈伤组织阶段和愈伤组织诱导芽阶段的最佳PGR种类和浓度配比分别为2mg/L6-BA+1.7mg/L2.4-D、4mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;促进腋芽分枝能力方式中腋芽诱导丛生芽阶段的最佳PGR种类和浓度配比为2mg/L6-BA+0.5mg/LNAA;由芽诱导生根阶段最佳PGR种类和浓度配比为0.3mg/LNAA。促进腋芽分枝能力方式比诱导愈伤组织方式更适合中华芦荟的快速繁殖。
