The core of ＂PDCA Process Model＂ is to put quality management assessment of every aspect into Plan,Do,Check and Action to ensure each process under the strict control,i.e.to control the whole process of the final results（talents）.To improve the teaching quality management system of interdisciplinary foreign language speciality lays the foundation of effective methods to develop the interdisciplinary foreign language speciality,course teaching,and teaching standard,which helps to foster the interdisciplinary foreign language students＇ judging ability,independent learning,creativity and solidarity.
