目的:探索远程服务在癌痛健康管理中的效果。方法:在上海市崇明县城桥镇及陈家镇各村、居委会选取在册管理的癌痛患者100例,随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。实验组采用远程癌痛健康教育服务,对照组采用一般管理模式,实验期3个月。结果:实验组患者癌痛相关知识知晓率较对照组有明显提高,疼痛爆发次数明显减少、癌痛药物治疗不良反应均明显下降(P〈0.05),患者生活质量得到显著提高(P〈0.05)。结论:远程癌痛健康教育服务可提高癌痛患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of teleservice in cancer pain health management. Methods: One hundred cases were selected in Chenqiao and Chenjia towna in Chongming county of Shanghai and classified into an experiment group and a control group with each 50 cases. The experiment group applied teleservice for cancer pain health education service and the control group adopted the general management model, each for three months. Results: The awareness of the related knowledge about the cancer pain in the experiment group was enhanced remarkably higher than that in the control group. The times of pain eruption obviously reduced and the adverse reactions of drug therapy for the cancer pain decreased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The teleservice of cancer pain health education can improve the life quality of the patients suffering from cancer pain.
