以马斯洛需求层次理论为支撑,结合对广东6所民办高校体育教学部师资状况的实地调查,从生理需求、安全需求、社会需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求5个维度对民办普通高校师资隐性流失形成机理、原因以及相应对策进行剖析;最后,提出民办高校应组建师资隐性流失危机应对小组,有效稳定教师队伍,保障民办高校可持续发展。
Used the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, combined with field survey of Guangdong 6 private colleges’ department of physical education teachers in col-leges of the same kind,this paper analyzed the causes and countermeasures of the private college teachers recessive loss mechanism from the physiological needs, security needs,social needs, respect the needs and self actualiza-tion needs of five dimensions. Finally,we put forward that private colleges should set up teacher recessive brain drain crisis team, efficient and stable teacher troop, and ensure the sustainable development of private colleges.
