Seeing a medical expert is difficult and medical cost is expensive, which are the real problems that the patients suffering from tumors have to face. Just taking hospital as the center for comprehensive prevention and treatment of tumors in Chongming rural areas of Shanghai, this article introduces the creating exploration and practice of treatment of tumors in this rural area, which provides a basis for establishing a local comprehensive integrated prevention and treatment system for prevention, diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation of tumors in the remote area with poor medical conditions.
