In the sight of contextual factor to influence organization design, the paper analyzed the trait of organization design of virtual enterprise. According to it the paper demonstrated the applicability of genome method to optimize organization structure of the virtual enterprise in the theory, In the light of the step of organization design, the paper applied Genome Method in Metersbonwe Inc, , which is a virtual enterprise performing the model of privileged operations, the purpose of which is to explicate the applicative availability of genome method to optimize organization structure of the virtual enterprise.
