以对苯二甲酰氯和二乙烯三胺为壁材、改性酞菁绿G颜料分散于四氯乙烯中作为囊芯,采用界面聚合法制备了聚酰胺包覆酞菁绿的微胶囊。考察了乳化剂种类及用量、芯壁质量比、pH、搅拌速度对聚酰胺微胶囊粒径的影响。实验结果表明,与Span80、Tween80和SDS相比,OP-10乳化剂更适合用于聚酰胺微胶囊的制备,且当OP-10用量从0.5%增加到2.5%时,微胶囊的平均粒径从834.5nm降低到258.2nm。随着芯壁质量比从1∶6减小到1∶14,聚酰胺微胶囊的平均粒径从267.4nm增大到554.4nm。微胶囊的平均粒径随着pH及搅拌速度的增大而减小。从TEM可以看出,所制备的聚酰胺微胶囊粒径处于纳米级,颗粒圆整,囊壁较厚。
The phthalocyanine green pigment microcapsules were prepared via interfacial polymerization.The microcapsules had the core of modified pigment phthalocyanine green G dispersed in tetrachloroethylene and the wall of the polyamide synthesized from paraphthaloyl chloride and diethylenetriamine.The influences of the emulsifier type and its dosage,the core/wall ratio,pH value and stirring speed on the particle size of the microcapsules were investigated.The results showed that OP-10 emulsifier was more suitable for preparation of the polyamide microcapsules than Span80,Tween80 and SDS.The average particle size of microcapsules decreased from 834.5nm to 258.2nm as the OP-10 concentration increased.With the reduction of the core/wall weight ratio in the range from 1∶6 to 1∶14,the average particle size improved from 267.4nm to 554.4nm.The average particle sizes of the microcapsules turned smaller while pH and stirring speed increased.The obtained polyamide microcapsules had nano particle sizes,regular spherical shapes and thick wall.
