采用微射流法用Gemini双阳离子分散剂制备双阳离子化改性涂料。在Gemini双阳离子分散剂用量为1%,涂料用量为5%,微射流分散时间为30min,微射流分散压力为1.7×10^5kPa条件下制备的双阳离子化改性涂料的粒径为211.9nm,Zeta电位为32.4mV,黏度为1.33mPa·s.结果表明,双阳离子化改性涂料具有较好的贮存稳定性和酸碱稳定性,用于染色后织物的K/S值较常规未改性涂料提高了16.2%,各项牢度可以提高半级以上。
The title double- cationic modified coatings was prepared with Gemini double- cationic dispersant by microfluidiser comminution method. The particle size of the modified coatings was 211.9 nm, the Zeta potential 32.4 mV and the viscosity 1.33 ×10^-3 Pa's, when using double -cationic dispersant 1% and coatings 5% with the dispersing pressure 1.7 ×10^5kPa for 30 min. The data indicated that the storage stabil- ity and acid and alkali stability of the modified coatings were improved. Modified pigment were better than the common pigment. The K/S value of the fabric dyed with this coatings was increased by 16.2%, and all the fastness values were improved by more than half grade.
