采用旋转涂膜法于60℃下制备TiO2薄膜,对亚甲基蓝溶液进行光催化降解,研究了钛酸丁酯/水的摩尔比、涂膜层数、光照强度、染液初始质量浓度和薄膜重复使用次数对染料降解的影响。结果表明,钛酸丁酯/水的摩尔比1:200,涂膜层数3层,光照强度100W,亚甲基蓝初始质量浓度为2mg·L^-1,降解率达到90.3%。薄膜重复使用5次后催化活性基本保持不变。制备的TiO2薄膜具有较高光催化活性,与基材有较好的结合性。
TiO2 thin film was prepared at 60 ℃ by spin coating method and degraded methylene blue (MB) solution. The effect of butyl titanate and water molar ratio, spin layers, light intensity, initial concentration of dyes and recycle times on the degradation rate were primarily investigated. The results indicated that the thin film with butyl titanate and water molar ratio of 1:200 and 3 layers degraded MB solution of 2 mg· L^-1 under 100W UV irradiation and the performance of 90.3% for color removal reached. The film could be reused for five times without obvious decrease in degradation rate. TiO2 film had high photocatalytic activity and good adhesion.
