为减少涂料印花目标色和涂料墨水喷墨印花的颜色差异,将喷墨印花技术用于涂料圆网或平网印花前期的打小样环节中,改变了在图像处理软件中直接输入涂料印花目标样Lab值的传统喷墨印花方法。该方法首先对输入图像处理软件中的Lab值与喷墨印花织物测出的Lab值进行比较,利用SAS软件对数据进行分析,再建立涂料印花目标色与喷墨打印后织物颜色的函数校正关系。结果表明,通过一次或几次SAS软件拟合函数校正,减少了喷墨印花打样颜色与目标色之间的色差,提高了喷墨印花打样与涂料印花的重现性,不仅可以节约打样成本,而且能够更好地配合大生产过程。
In this paper, the digital ink-jet printing technology is mainly applied for the sample proofing of rotary and flat screen printing. To reduce the chromatism of fabrics between the ink-jet printing color and the target color, the Lab values of the target color which would be entered the image processing software and the color printed with ink-jet were made a comparison, and the functional relationship corrected was determined by the SAS software, instead of that without correction by SAS software. The results indicated that the chromatism diminished after color matching one or several times by SAS software, and the color reproducibility between ink-jet printing and traditional printing was improved. This can not only save the sample proofing costs, but also can coordinate with the industrial production.
