采用β-环糊精衍生物对涤纶织物进行预处理,考察其在不同质量浓度下对涤纶织物喷墨印花K/S值、印制清晰度,以及对薰衣草香精缓释性能的影响。结果表明:经β-CD衍生物溶液处理后,涤纶织物喷墨印花的K/S值显著提高,且随其用量的增加而增加;大大提高喷墨印花的防渗化性能,进而增加印制图案的清晰度。当β-CD衍生物质量浓度为50-60g/L时,喷墨印花织物达到较高的K/S值和印制清晰度,并大大延长了香味的释放时间。
Polyester fabric was pretreated with β-cyctodextrin. The impact of β-cyclodextrin concentration on the K/Svalue and resolution of inkjet printing, as well as the sustained-releasing behavior of lavender were studied. The results showed that the K/S value and resolution of inkjet prints were obviously increased after β-cyclodextrin pretreatment. With the increasing of dosage, the anti-bleeding property of the fabric was also markedly improved. When β-cyclodextrin was 50-60 g/L, the higher K/S value and resolution were achieved. The time of fragrance release prolonged significantly.
