目前农业科技企业发展中存在产权不清、创新动力不足、资金缺乏等问题，而在政府主导下的农业科技园区发展中存在定位不准、重物质投入、轻科技创新等问题。本文首先从经济学角度，分析了市场经济对农业科技企业发展的要求，进而探讨农业科技园区发展功能定位、功能建设及其对农业科技企业发展的作用等问题，阐释了农业科技园区与农业科技企业发展的互动机制，最后对我国农业科技企业及农业科技园区的互动发展，提出了对策建议。

英文摘要：

At present, there exist such problems as indefinite property right, lack of innovational power and capital input in the course of development of enterprises of agricultural science and technology. Meantime, under the domination of government, there are the problems such as indefinite direction, emphasizing physical input but neglecting technological innovation in the building of park of agricultural science and technology. The paper firstly analyzes how enterprises of agricultural science and technology should develop in market economy. Then the paper discusses the problems such as the development direction and construction of park, and the effect of park on enterprises to elucidate the mechanism between enterprises and park of agricultural science and technology. Finally, the paper offers some proposals for the development of enterprises and park of agricultural science and technology.
