英文摘要：
This paper mainly studies shipping emergency of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region. On the basis of the ideology of crisis management and early-warning management, the safety investigation of shipping of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region and the management situation of safety production in shipping, the paper searches the management mechanism of constructing forecasting/early-warning, expedient treatment, information distribution and propaganda.
