骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenesis proteins,BMP)是一类多功能生长因子,除BMP1外都属于转化生长因子β(transforming growthfactor beta,TGFβ)超家族的成员.近年来,越来越多的研究表明,BMP在脂肪生成过程中也起着重要的作用.本文综述了BMP在诱导间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stemcells,MSC)、脂肪前体细胞系和胚胎干细胞(embryonic stemcells,ESC)生成脂肪细胞的过程中的作用及信号通路方面的研究进展.这些结果将有助于了解不同部位脂肪沉积的调控机制以及一些脂肪过多疾病(如肥胖症)的产生原因.
Bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs)are recognized as multi-functionalgrowth factors that are classified as members of the transforming growth factor beta(TGFβ)superfamily,except BMP1.Recent studies have suggested that BMPs play important roles in adipogenesis.In this review,we focus on the evidence and signal pathways of the BMP functions in adipogenesis in mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs),committed preadipocytes and embryonic stem cells(ESCs),which may help to understand the regulatory mechanisms of fat deposition in different position or the causes of fatty diseases,such as obesity.
