从社会心理动因的视角,实证分析了组织公平和组织支持感对基层公务员组织公民行为的作用机制。以安徽省基层政府机关公务员为对象,收集了196份有效问卷,研究结果发现:基层政府的组织公平主要体现为程序公平和互动公平两个维度;组织公平、组织支持感对组织公民行为均有显著影响作用;组织支持感在组织公平与组织公民行为之间存在着中介作用。
The purpose of this paper was to reveal the mechanism by which organizational justice and perceived organizational support (POS) influenced grass-root civil servants' organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the social psychological perspective. Based on the analysis of 196 samples of grass-roots civil servants in Anhui province, the results show that the organizational justice of grass-roots government includes two dimensions (procedural justice, and interactive justice) ; both organizational justice and POS has positive effects on OCB; POS mediates the relationship between organizational justice and OCB.
