How to promote the eareer development and employment quality of workers is a major issue, which has attracts great concerns by both scholars and practitioners. The international conference on ＂Career Development and Employment Management＂ was therefore held at Heifei in 6-8 November, 2014, in which the relevant topics in such area were discussed. This research reviewed the main research ideas and results in the keynote speeches and symposiums on career development, employment, entrepreneurship, organization and human resources management and other research topics.
