基于系统协调度模型,构建了工业化与城镇化水平综合评价指数,并利用广西数据实证测算与解析了工业化与城镇化融合发展的变动特征。结果表明,1978-2011年广西工业化与城镇化融合发展的水平不断提升,进入了一个新的发展阶段,但是存在显著的区域差异。各地级市的工业化与城镇化水平较低,且融合程度较低,虽然已经表现出融合趋势,但是还无法实现持续有效的融合发展。

英文摘要：

Based on the system coordination degree model, the paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index of industri-alization and urbanization and with the dada from Guangxi, the paper made an empirical analysis of characteristics of fusion develop-ment between industrialization and urbanization.The results show that, during 1978-2011 the fusion level of industrialization and urbanization in Guangxi has entered a new stage of development, but there are significant regional differences.Although it has been showed the fusion trend, but it is unable to realize the integration of sustainable development.
