本文构建行业市场化指数,选取中国高技术产业1995--2010年的细分行业面板数据,在考虑创新投入和企业规模等条件下,实证考察了行业市场化进程对创新绩效的影响及行业差异。研究发现,市场化程度的提高对中国高技术产业的创新绩效产生了积极影响,且“入世”后的这种积极影响更大;而行业特征影响着市场化进程对高技术产业创新绩效的提升效果,在垄断程度较低、技术密集度较低、外向度较高的行业中,市场化程度的提高对创新绩效的促进作用更大。
This article constructs the index of industrial marketization and selects the sub-industry panel data of China's high-tech industries during the period of 1995 to 2010. Under the conditions of considering the input of R~D and the firm size, using the GMM method of dynamic panel data, it examines the evolvement of marketization influence on innovation performance and industry disparity. The results show that the evolvement of marketization makes a significant impact on innovation performance. Moreover the impact is more significantly after joining WTO. However, industry characteristics make a sigN{i- cant impact on the degree which the evolvement of marketization influences on innovation performance. In the lower monopoly, lower technology-intensive and higher export-orien- ted industry, the evolvement of marketization makes an more significant impact on inno- vation performance-
