To construct an assessment framework of key influential factors for compulsory education quality will play a foundational role in the whole process of large scale educational assessment. When building up the key influential factors for assessment framework of compulsory education quality in China, we should take a full consideration of aspects related to framework foothold, construction principle, content design, subject property, validation and application, so as to achieve the reality and prospective unified, policy-directed and scientism unified, comprehensive and parsimonious unified, domain- general and domain-specific unified, normative and practicality unified, validated by cross-sectional data and longitudinal data.
