分析了原点反共振振动机的动力学原理,描述了输送物料质量的变化方式,建立了基于质量变化的反共振振动机动力学模型.通过数值分析求解了在物料质量变化情况下的系统响应曲线.分析了物料质量变化对反共振振动机系统响应的影响.分析表明,当物料质量线性增加时,上质体振幅减小,下质体振幅增加,且质量增加速度越快,振幅变化越快.当质量线性减小时,上下质体振幅均增加,且质量减小速度越快,振幅变化越快.为保证振动机振幅保持在一定范围内,应控制物料质量变化程度,必要时需加入控制环节.
By analyzing the dynamical principles of origin-point anti-resonant vibrators,a variation mode,together with a dynamic model,is presented.After the system response curve of variable mass is numerically solved,the affections of mass variation upon anti-resonant vibrators are speculated.As a result,it is found from analysis that,when the mass increases linearly,the vibration from upper mass body increases,while that from lower mass body decreases.Meanwhile,the vibration amplitude,along with mass enhancement speed,increasingly varies.On the contrary,when the mass decreases linearly,the upper- and lower-body vibration amplitudes,along with mass reduction speed,increasingly vary.To sustain vibration amplitudes in a specific scope,the mass variation degree should be constricted,especially an additional control loop is demanding.
