介绍了原点反共振振动机的动力学原理,描述了输送物料质量的变化方式,建立了基于输送质量变化的反共振振动机动力学模型.分析了输送质量变化幅值系数以及输送质量波动速度对反共振振动机工作性能的影响.结果表明,质量变化幅值系数越大,则上下质体的振幅越大、振幅突变性越强;质量波动速度越快,上下质体振幅的慢变周期越短,上下质体振幅突变性越大.
The theory of driving point anti-resonant machine was analyzed.Then describe the model of the mass changing.A dynamic model of driving point anti-resonant machine with changing mass was built.The affection to the anti-resonant machine caused by the amplitude of mass changing and frequency of mass changing was obtained.The conclusion can be drawn as: the amplitude of the response become bigger and changes much more rapidly as the amplitude of changing mass increased,the period of the slowly changing response become small and the amplitude of the response changes much more rapidly as the frequency of mass changing increased.
