虽然我国中小学教师的职后教育一直都在开展进行,但不少地方和学校的职后教师教育流于形式,收效甚微却是不争的事实。无论是在职的校本培训或是脱产的继续教育都没有提升其实效性,自身相反存在专业管理机构缺失,相关法律法规缺位,经费投入短缺等问题。所以追求合适教师的有效性教育才是关注职后教师教育者需要用心的地方。
