The problem of consistency analysis in group decision making based on geometrical distance and IFHA is studied. First the geometrical distance and the similarity degree of two intuitionistic fuzzy numbers were defined, the aggregation operator of intuitionistic judgment matrices based on IFHA is given, and the formula of the similarity between intuitionistie judgment matrices is given, then the steps of consistency analysis in group decision making are generalized. Finally a case is given to illustrate and analyze the approach.
