Based on the P-sets（packet sets）,the concepts such as internal P-data,outer P-data and double P-data are proposed;double P-data are composed of internal P-data and outer P-data together;the dynamic characteristics of double P-data are given.By using these concepts,the double P-data dependency and its concentric circle theorem are given.The double P-data recovery-identification theorem and criterion as well as their applications are presented.The double P-data recovery-identification is a new research domain in information systems,and P-sets are a new tool in this domain.
