[目的]探讨食物中毒流行规律和预防方法。[方法]采用回顾性调查的方法,收集1966~2000年我市食物中毒情况的统计报表和有关资料,按食物中毒发生的年份、月份、城乡、就餐场所、中毒品种类别、中毒病因及监督监测情况比较分析。[结果]食物中毒的发生情况,在不同的年份、月份、城乡、就餐场所、中毒品种类别、中毒原因及监督监测情况是不同的。[结论]预防食物中毒的发生,重点在于加强食品卫生法和食品卫生知识的宣传和普及,加强食品卫生工作的监督监测与违法违规的查处力度。
[Objective] To explore the epidemic regularity and preventive methods of food poisoning. [Methods] By retrospective study, the statistical report and related data of food poisoning status in Yueyang from 1966 to 2000 were collected. The cases of food poisoning were analyzed and compared according to the years, months, cities and countryside, eating places, categories and reason of poisoning and surveillance and monitoring condition. [ Results ] The cases of food poisoning were various at different years, months, cities and countryside, eating places, different categories and reasons of poisoning and different surveillance and monitoring condition. [Conclusion] The prevention of food poisoning should strengthen the propaganda and popularization of food hygiene law and knowledge, and improve the monitoring and surveillance of food hygiene and dealing with illegal behaviors.
