针对自行开发的柔壁渗透仪专利产品数据采集与数据处理的需求,通过对数据采集设备和渗透试验过程的分析与研究,利用数据采集设备提供的接口程序,开发了具有试验管理、传感器校正、数据采集、数据曲线监控、数值计算、数据统计和报表等功能的柔壁渗透仪数据采集系统。提高了测试数据采集的准确性和测试精度,实现了数字化、自动化和测试过程中的无人值守。

According to the requirements to the data acquisition and data management in self-developed flexible wall permeameter patented product,this paper makes a study and analysis to data acquisition equipment and penetration testing process,it uses interface program provided by data acquisition equipment to develop a data acquisition system to flexible wall permeameter,including test management,sensor calibration,data collection,data curve monitoring,numerical computing,data statistics and reporting and other functions.It improves the accuracy to data acquisition and testing accuracy,and achieves digitization,automation,and unattended in testing process.
