目的比较不同陈皮来源药材(茶枝柑、温州蜜柑、大红袍、福橘)中橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素和辛弗林的含量差异,为陈皮"广东新会皮为胜"提供科学依据。方法采用HPLC法测定不同陈皮来源药材中橙皮苷、川陈皮素、橘皮素和辛弗林的含量。结果茶枝柑、温州蜜柑、大红袍和福橘中橙皮苷含量分别在4.503%~9.571%、6.065%~10.727%、4.95%~11.25%、5.417%~8.26%之间;辛弗林含量分别在0.138%~0.46%、0.256%~0.733%、0.23%~0.356%、0.236%~0.465%之间;川陈皮素含量分别在0.048%~0.42%、0.031%~0.769%、0.301%~1.048%、0.026%~0.895%之间;橘皮素含量分别在0.026%~0.375%、0.011%~0.717%、0.164%~0.546%、0.012%~0.627%之间。结论陈皮"广东新会皮为胜"可能与上述4个主要活性成分含量差异有关。
Objective To compare the content difference of hesperidin,nobiletin,tangeretin and synephrine in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae( Citrus reticulate 'Chachi',Citrus reticulate 'Dahongpao',Citrus reticulate 'Unshiu',Citrus reticulate 'Tangerina') from different varieties and provide scientific basis for " Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from Xinhui County was better". The contents were 0. 138% ~ 0. 46%,0. 256% ~ 0. 733%,0. 23% ~ 0. 356%,0. 236% ~ 0. 465% for synephrine respectively. The contents were 0. 048% ~ 0. 42%,0. 031% ~ 0. 769%,0. 301% ~ 1. 048%,0. 026% ~ 0. 895% for nobiletin respectively. The contents were 0. 026% ~ 0. 375%,0. 011% ~ 0. 717%,0. 164% ~ 0. 546%,0. 012% ~ 0. 627% for tangeretin respectively.Conclusion " Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from Xinhui County was better" may be related to the difference of the content of the above-mentioned 4 active components.
