Objective To compare the content difference of hesperidin,nobiletin,tangeretin and synephrine in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae（ Citrus reticulate ＇Chachi＇,Citrus reticulate ＇Dahongpao＇,Citrus reticulate ＇Unshiu＇,Citrus reticulate ＇Tangerina＇） from different varieties and provide scientific basis for ＂ Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from Xinhui County was better＂. Methods HPLC was used to assay the the content of hesperidin,nobiletin,tangeretin and synephrine in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from different varieties.
