目的初步观察化橘红中主要活性成分对豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。方法通过原代培养豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞,采用MTT法观察化橘红中主要活性成分柚皮苷(Naringin)、橘皮内酯(Meranzin)和水合橘皮内酯(Meranzin hydrate)对细胞增殖的影响。结果柚皮苷(0.2~2.0 mg/mL)对豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞增殖有明显的促进作用(P〈0.01),水合橘皮内酯(0.1~1.0 mg/mL)对豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞增殖有明显的抑制作用(P〈0.01),橘皮内酯(0.05~0.5 mg/mL)对豚鼠气管平滑肌细胞的增殖作用不明显(P〉0.05)。结论柚皮苷与水合橘皮内酯可能是化橘红主要药效活性成分。
Objective: To research the effects of active components in exocarpium on the proliferation of tracheal smooth muscle cells in guinea pig. Methods: Primary cell culture and the effects of active components Naringin, Meranzin and Meranzin hydrate in exocarpium on cell proliferation were determined by MTT method. Results: The results showed that Naringin had a remarkable promotive effect on the proliferation of tracheal smooth muscle cells(0.2~2.0 mg/mL, P 0.01). Meranzin hydrate could inhibit the proliferation of cells(0.1~1.0 mg/mL, P 0.01). Meranzin affected cells non-significantly(0.05~0.5 mg/mL, P 0.05). Conclusion: Naringin and Meranzin hydrate were the active components in exocarpium.
